Guitar Tuner is a chromatic tuner which uses the iPhone/iPod microphone to give you an accurate pitch reading.

and for free! This Tuner beats all the others! Im playing Guitar for almost seven years and tried many programs. This ist the best for me.
Works fantastically. Much better than most tuners. However sometimes it doesnt work. It doesnt crash but the detection just doesnt work. I reinstalled it and now it works much better.
Works better than the tuner I bought at the music store (more precise)! For best results have the noise reduction bar past half (I use 3/4). I would give it more stars if possible!

Tunes pretty well. I use it on my ukulele and bass. Doesnt always start up when I open the app.

Some bad moments

The only thing that works on this app is the ads. Giant fail app
Im a professional musician, and thought this app would help me out if I forgot my real tuner. It was utterly useless while I was sitting in a perfectly quiet room. The note detector kept dancing all over different notes, and the fine resolution bar jumped back and forth between +/- 20 cents like a mofo. Im good with technology, and I know my instrument is good quality and should be easy enough to get in tune. This app is garbage.
I used it and I ended up breaking a string! Dont download this app!! Youll regret it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am working with that tuner all the time... I even tune drums with it... Love it!
The app froze my phone the second it opened. Should be pulled from the app store for sure.
Its better than pro tuner but epic tune worked the best for me
